Shift Maintenance Engineer

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer for an experienced Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment where you'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement.
The Role:
- Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on process equipment
- Improve asset reliability and minimise downtime
- Use CMMS (SAP preferred) to record maintenance activities
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement projects
- Promote high standards of health & safety, including LOTO and Permit to Work procedures
- Provide engineering support for site improvement projects
Requirements:
- Level 3 Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship
- Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food production
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- SAP PM and continuous improvement experience
