We are seeking a fabulous and experienced coffee shop manager to run our wonderful cafe on The Promenade in Cheltenham.
DAY TIME ONLY until 6pm .
NO LATE EVENINGS
NO SPLIT SHIFTS .

Huffkins cafe tearooms is a family business dedicated to creating a memorable experience for our guests. We are based in the Cotswolds and the London area with 9 outlets. We have traded since 1890.

As Manager you will be working closely with our operations manager to lead a small team in all aspects of running a 40 seater day time, assisted service cafe bakery .
You will need at least 3 years experience in hospitality management, be hands on by choice, results orientated and passionate about your career.
YOU will be able to run your restaurant in line with a group of Key performance targets to include : Cost of sales. Cost of labour and guest satisfaction.
YOU will create an organised and guest facing environment by leading your team by example in this important role.
YOU will work to ensure that our delicious homemade food conforms to our brand standards and is delivered in a timely manner to tables.
YOU will be experienced in ordering,stock rotation, cashing up and rota writing .
YOU will be responsible for recruitment of any new staff. Staff training and team leadership will be a strength.
YOU will be very directional around service standards resulting in a guest experience that exceeds expectation.
YOU will have Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification (or be prepared to take an intensive course as part of your induction) and operate a 5 star EHO regime.
YOU will be a sophisticated communicator and evolve a great relationship with the personnel at Huffkins head office and all those who work alongside you.

We will pay you 28 days a year holiday.
WE will offer you a five day working week with no late nights or split shifts. The latest end time is 6 pm.
