Dent8 Dental Laboratory is a modern, growing dental laboratory based in Blackpool, dedicated to delivering high-quality restorations and exceptional service to dental practices across the UK. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Prosthetics Manager to lead our prosthetics department.
The Role
As Prosthetics Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the prosthetics department, ensuring quality, efficiency, and excellent customer service. You'll lead and support a team of technicians while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Manage the prosthetics department and workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory technicians.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Allocate work effectively to maximise productivity.
- Communicate with clinicians regarding technical cases.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and laboratory procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and staff training.
Requirements
- Proven experience within a dental laboratory.
- Strong background in prosthetics.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.

Pay: £24,420.00-£36,000.00 per year
