Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards
- Supervise and support bar staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and food production when necessary to support team needs
- Lead by example in serving guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management with supervising responsibilities
- Strong background in food production, cooking, and food preparation techniques
- Extensive bartending skills
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with hospitality operations including serving, culinary processes, and kitchen experience

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
