Join Us in Revolutionising Mental Health Care – Be Part of Something Truly Transformative
Are you ready to be part of something exceptional?
We are an ambitious, nurse-led provider commissioning a brand-new specialist mental health service rooted in recovery, rehabilitation, and person-centred therapeutic interventions. This isn’t just another job—this is your opportunity to shape the future of mental health provision in the UK.
We’re creating a service where every service user is seen, heard, and supported to reclaim autonomy, purpose, and wellbeing—and we need passionate, innovative nurses to help us lead the way.
What Makes This Role Different?
Recovery-Focused Culture: Move beyond maintenance and containment—join a service designed to foster genuine progress and growth for people with complex mental health needs.
Therapeutic Innovation: You’ll work within a model that blends psychological formulations, behaviourally informed interventions, trauma-informed care, and meaningful daily activity.
Nurse-Led Leadership: We are a provider led by nurses, for nurses. We champion clinical excellence, reflective practice, and therapeutic risk-taking.
Grow With Us: As a new service, we offer unparalleled opportunities to shape practice, grow into leadership roles, and innovate without red tape.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for Registered Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses who:
Are energised by innovation and want to be part of building a sector-leading service from the ground up
Are committed to recovery, trauma-informed care, and the rights of people with mental health challenges and learning disabilities
Have experience in (or a desire to work with) adults with complex emotional needs, forensic histories, dual diagnoses, and/or behaviours that challenge
Are resilient, reflective, and thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
Want to lead therapeutic sessions, not just manage medications
What We Offer:
A strong clinical induction and recovery training program
Regular supervision, reflective practice, and CPD opportunities
Support to develop and implement group work and therapeutic innovations
Involvement in clinical decision-making and service development
A values-led, passionate senior leadership team who listen and act
This is more than a job—this is your chance to create lasting impact, drive national change, and be part of a mission that matters.
