Thursdays |Shift 1: Thursday, 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Shift 2: Thursday, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
£25 – £30 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
Lively Sprout is seeking a confident, engaging, and passionate Life Skills Facilitator to lead small-group sessions for primary-aged children (5–11 years).
This role focuses on delivering structured, fun, and interactive sessions that help children build essential life skills such as confidence, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions focused on real-life skills development
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Confidently manage children’s behaviour and maintain structure within sessions
Teach and reinforce key life skills in a fun, practical, and meaningful way
Encourage participation, creativity, and self-expression among children
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children or young people
Confident leading a group independently
Proven confidence in teaching and reinforcing real-life skills effectively
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
