About the Role
You will be supporting solicitors on a varied caseload from pre-action through to post-judgment. You’ll gain hands-on legal experience in litigation-focused debt recovery, working collaboratively across the business to help cases progress efficiently and compliantly.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing litigation-focused debt recovery matters

Preparing witness statements and court documents

Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties

Providing professional updates via phone and email

Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal procedures
About You

Law degree or equivalent
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Excellent attention to detail

Confident managing a busy workload
-
Prior legal experience desirable, but not essential
