Smiths Property Experts is an independent estate agency run by its owners and our experienced and very capable team of professionals. We launched in January 2023 and have opened offices in Loughborough, Quorn, and East Leake. During this time, we have agreed on over 500 sales and let more than 180 properties. We are looking to expand our operation with exceptional people who eat, breathe and sleep ‘property market’ just like us!
We have a talented team and ambitious plans to grow the business whilst providing our valued and often retained clients with honest, experienced, and trusted advice. We're searching for a meticulous and sharp Sales Progressor with excellent understanding of the residential property sales process, negotiation skills and acumen, good grammar and elocution, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with the business owners and an experienced, proven sales team to provide essential support to our clients when they need it most throughout their transaction. The ideal candidate will be excited about the development and growth of the business, which will be focused on achieving customer service and results that are second to none.
The position will be predominantly based in our Loughborough offices. We offer excellent remuneration and flexible working hours for the right applicant. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communication with our sellers and their respective purchasers in order to help facilitate our clients' move
- Communicating with solicitors
- Scheduling appointments
- Ongoing negotiations in conjunction with the rest of our sales team
- Forward seeing potential issues in the legal/survey process
- Positively promoting the transaction between all parties
- Running the sales pipeline for the business and ensuring timely completion, and therefore vital cash flow for the firm
- Raising invoices
