Working closely with the Service Leader and Advanced Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting a vulnerable gentleman in his day to day life. The person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on helping him achieve independence and to live the best life possible.
Our Shifts: 7am - 7pm | 7pm - 7am (Waking Nights)
Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for a mix of day and night shifts
Contract: We can offer a permanent contracts of 36 hours per week
UK Driving License Required? Yes and willingness to drive the house vehicle (automatic)
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting with anything this gentleman requires on a day to day basis, which can include:
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication Administration
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - everything the person we support likes to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with getting out and about, baking, shopping and going on adventures
