Customer Support Advisor

TradeHelp is hiring a Customer Support Advisor to be the friendly first point of contact for our growing membership base.
TradeHelp provides cutting-edge software, membership benefits, purchasing support, and member finance solutions for small businesses, alongside consultancy and cost-saving solutions for larger organisations. We’re an innovative, forward-thinking company based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate.
What you’ll actually be doing day to day
- Answering inbound calls and handling customer enquiries from TradeHelp members and prospective customers
- Making outbound calls to follow up on membership enquiries, renewals, and customer requests
- Logging and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
- Processing membership applications and supporting customers through onboarding
- Responding to customer emails and written enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support ongoing processes
- Supporting marketing and software development functions as the business needs
What we’re looking for
- A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys talking to people on the phone
- Good written communication skills — clear, professional, and accurate
- Organised and able to manage your own workload and priorities
- A keen eye for detail and a willingness to follow processes carefully
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is ideal — don’t worry if you’re not experienced, as further training will be provided to build on what you know
- Some previous experience is preferred, though ambition, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude matter just as much

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (office based)
Pay: £22,568.00-£26,436.80 per year
