Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our amazing team at Bradley Green Nursery.

As our Nursery Manager you will be an inspirational and supportive leader, passionate about delivering outstanding childcare and early years education. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Ofted requirements and EYFS, whilst overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery. This will include managing staff schedules, supporting effective room planning, government funding applications, marketing and budgets and ensuring all health and safety and regulatory requirements are met. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standard of care and education whilst working closely with children, families and staff to ensure Bradley Green Nursery continues to be a wonderful place to grow and thrive.

What we are looking for.
Minimum Level 3 early years qualification.
Maths GCSE
Previous experience as a Nursery Manager (Minimum 12 months)
Strong EYFS Knowledge and OFSTED standards
Committed to safeguarding and continuous development.
Organised with strong communication and leadership skills.
Pay: £38,500.00-£41,500.00 per year
