Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our organisation.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Raising and issuing customer invoices.
* Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely manner.
* Filing and maintaining electronic and paper records.
* Updating spreadsheets and internal databases.
* Assisting with general administrative tasks.
* Processing and organising documents.
* Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues by email and telephone.
* Supporting the accounts and operations teams with day-to-day tasks.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data is up to date.
* Performing other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
* Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential.
Pay: £24,500.00-£25,500.00 per year
