We are seeking a Head of Digital Technology Security & Operations to join our team, based in Solihull or Nottingham, with a hybrid working model. The role requires travel as needed to support operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business priorities.
The HO DT Security & Operations will report directly to the Director of Common Digital Services.
The HO DT Security & Operations will be accountable for providing cyber security, service management and colleague experience technology services into E.ON UK .
They are accountable for delivering all services in accordance with agreed measures and metrics to deliver the UK Business strategy, aligned to UK DT and Group DT strategic requirements.

Accountable for ensuring the operational performance of cyber security, service management and colleague experience technology services into E.ON UK.

Responsible for ensuring that all parties internal and external in a complex multi sourced / matrix environment work to UK business targets and KPIs.

Accountable for ensuring a market leading colleague and customer experience across all E.ON UK technology platforms and systems.

Lead from the UK on all EDT led Technology and Infrastructure initiatives which provide cyber security, service management and colleague experience technology services into the E.ON UK business.

Work collaboratively and pro-actively with EDT Technology, Platform and IT to ensure strategies are aligned, evaluated and impact assessed in line with E.ON UK Business Strategy objectives.

Design and implement the E.ON UK service strategy (service design, transition and service operations framework) in accordance to Functional Policy 11 which provides clear ways of working across Group and E.ON /UK Central thereby ensuring delivery of all associated success measures KPIs/iNPS/NPS.

Ensure clear accountability and lead on behalf of the UK, working in close collaboration with ISO led cyber security, engineering, data and AI controls, UK Key IT controls and UK regulatory requirements.
Actively pursue a programme of stay current and ‘modern architecture’ when maintaining cyber security, service management and colleague experience technology services, ensuring ‘sustainable value’.
