We are seeking a motivated and professional Junior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic property team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of property viewings and tenant enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Support the preparation of tenancy agreements and other relevant documentation.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth communication throughout the lettings process.
- Maintain organised records of property listings, viewings, and client interactions.
- Support senior negotiators in negotiating offers and securing tenancy agreements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating databases, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Book and coordinate appointments for viewings, check-ins, check-outs, and other departmental activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and applicants at all times
Skills.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A professional demeanour coupled with a positive attitude towards customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning about the property industry and developing negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to quickly absorb training and implement new procedures.
