We're looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef looking for the next step and who wants more than just a job. The Role
As our Sous Chef, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen operation, helping deliver exceptional food while supporting and inspiring the team around you.
You'll:
- Work closely with the Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations
- Contribute to seasonal menu development using the best local produce
- Maintain outstanding food safety standards (5-star rated kitchen)
- Train, mentor and motivate junior team members
- Manage stock control and supplier ordering
- Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and service
