Overview
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Nail Technician/Pedicurist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients' appearance and well-being through expert nail and skincare services. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment, delivering exceptional customer care while showcasing your technical talents. A background in makeup application, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English are highly desirable.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety
- Provide customised beauty consultations to recommend suitable nail and skincare options
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation in compliance with health regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
- Apply makeup, look presentable and touch up the makeup[ if required]
- Educate clients on nail care routines and aftercare advice to promote healthy nails
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times, most importantly finish treatments on time
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Pedicurist with relevant qualifications recognised within the industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide personalised recommendations
- Proficiency in makeup application is considered an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work flexibly within salon hours, maintaining a professional appearance at all times
- Organised, detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety standards within the salon environment
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
