Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders promptly, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and other areas.
- Manage cash and card transactions accurately using basic math skills, including handling payments and giving change.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices, including recognizing signs of intoxication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods and special events.
- Follow a specific closing down process
Qualifications
- Previous Bar experience not required. Able to take direction a must.
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during high and low volume shifts. and shift start and finish times.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- A friendly attitude combined with professionalism to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
