Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic female football coach to join our growing girls football programme on Friday evenings. The role involves helping deliver fun, engaging and high quality training sessions for girls aged U6–U13 in a positive and supportive environment.
The sessions are split into two age groups:
- U6–U10: 5:00pm–6:15pm
- U11–U13: 5:00pm-6:15pm
Sessions focus on technical development, game related practices, confidence building and creating an enjoyable environment where players of all abilities can learn and improve.
Essential Requirements:
- FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football qualification (or higher)
- Valid FA Safeguarding Children qualification
- Valid Emergency First Aid in Football qualification
- Enhanced DBS check
- Passion for girls football and player development
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Confident working with children aged U6–U13
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Positive and energetic coaching style
- Ability to plan and deliver effective, engaging training sessions
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience coaching within girls football
- Experience delivering sessions to multiple age groups
- FA Level 2 / UEFA C qualification
- Experience within grassroots football environments
- Ability to create engaging and enjoyable session practices
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport
