We are seeking a Junior IT Engineer to join our team.
As a Junior IT Engineer, you will assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for various IT systems and networks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the IT field.
The job involves call answering logging and resolving incidents, customer communication management and escalation of urgent issues. There is coordination of third parties involved as well as updating of internal systems. This role suits an ambitious person with a natural gift for IT.
This will ideally be your first role in IT and the successful applicant will be looking for a long term career in IT with a view to progressing up to a consultant or management role. No qualifications are necessary, self-paced training will happen in the office as part of the day to day duties.
The company supports a broad range of technologies for business clients including Local and Wide Area Networking, Server Infrastructure, End-User Devices, Cloud technologies and development of applications.
You can expect instant exposure to environments using Azure, Microsoft 365 and all versions of Windows and peripheral devices such as phones and tablets.
The position is full time and office based.
Applicants will be expected to complete a technical test during interview to gauge their ability. An excellent command of English is vital to the role.
Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
