Your Role: Clinical Dental Nurse (Full-Time, Permanent)
You’ll play a key role in supporting our clinical team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional care to our patients. Working closely with our Lead Dental Nurse, clinicians, and wider surgical team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of patient care, surgical support, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a strong commitment to aseptic techniques, cross-infection prevention, and maintaining exceptional surgical standards at all times. You will communicate effectively with clinicians and colleagues to ensure safe, efficient treatment delivery, contribute positively to a collaborative team environment, and help uphold the outstanding clinical standards and patient experience that define our practice.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with implant procedures and full-arch treatments
- Providing top-tier patient care in line with GDC Scope of Practice
- Maintaining accurate patient records and monitoring progress
- Managing stock and compliance logs
- Supporting a seamless, efficient clinical workflow
Working hours:
42.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
No late nights
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude
- Previous experience with full-arch implant dentistry is a bonus, but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll support you every step of the way!
- Solid understanding of LDU operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities
- GDC registration is essential
- Sedation qualification, radiography, or cannulation skills are desirable—but not essential
