Wood is recruiting an ERP Project Coordinator to join our global Oracle ERP implementation team. Working alongside Project and Delivery Managers, you’ll play a key role in coordinating complex, multi‑region ERP implementations—supporting the delivery of standardised processes, improving operational performance, and helping drive a more connected global business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large-scale global transformation programme, supporting delivery across multiple regions.
You'll work closely with delivery teams, business stakeholders, and Global Process Owners to ensure projects are well-coordinated, governed, and delivered successfully. You’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership of key delivery activities and step into broader responsibilities as you grow in the role.

Expected:
- Degree qualified, or relevant industry experience in similar project delivery role
- Previous experience in a similar ERP implementation delivery role
- Knowledge and experience of stakeholder and requirements management
- Knowledge and experience of standard project delivery methodology, with experience in AIM preferable
- Detailed knowledge of different project phasing, entry / exit criteria and governance requirements
- Awareness of project delivery processes and tools
- Able to effectively work with multi-disciplinary teams on regional and global levels
- Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility over broad objectives, priorities, and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge and able to articulate business benefits of systems and business processes
- Knowledge of IT system delivery and change management processes aligned with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy
Desirable:
- Qualified or working towards a recognised Project Manager qualification
