We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at a new residential children's home in the UK. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate support and supervision to children with EBD in a residential setting.
- Assist in developing and implementing individual care plans tailored to each young person's needs.
- Support the therapeutic and developmental activities within the home.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and progress.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.

- Participate in training and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
- complete a Diploma level 4 in Residential childcare within 2 years.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children, particularly those with EBD.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience in developing or following care plans.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and Ofsted standards.
- IT literacy for maintaining records and communication.
