Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Domiciliary Care Rota Coordinator to join our small dedicated team. This role will mainly be hybrid working, however covering calls maybe needed in high peak times, such as staff annual leave. This role would suit any working parent that is looking for part time work or to work around your schedule already as long as deadlines are met. This vital role involves managing staff rotas, coordinating care schedules, and ensuring seamless communication across the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills. Duties
- Develop and maintain accurate staff rotas using Roundsys
- Coordinate with care staff and clients to confirm schedules, reschedule appointments as necessary, and manage last-minute changes efficiently
- Utilise data entry skills to update employee records and ensure compliance with organisational policies
- Support recruitment activities
- Maintain organised documentation of schedules, staff availability, and client requirements in line with data protection regulations
- Provide administrative support related to employee records, attendance tracking, and other HR-related functions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in domiciliary rotas is essential
- Strong communication skills for liaising effectively with staff, clients, and external partners
- Previous care experience would be beneficial
- Organised with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
