Role Overview
As a Barista, you will be at the heart of our coffee shop, preparing great-tasting drinks, taking orders, and engaging with customers. You will also help serve food when needed, keep the coffee shop running smoothly, and contribute to a positive, community-focused atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks to our standards
- Take customer orders and handle payments
- Deliver food and drinks to customers with a fast, friendly and professional approach
- Maintain cleanliness across the coffee shop bar area and surrounding equipment
- Restock supplies and communicate with the team about stock levels
- Build rapport with customers and ensure everyone feels welcome
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for coffee and great customer service
- At least 1 years experience in a barista role (latte art capabilities)
- A friendly, positive, and reliable personality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow within a new business
