The Big Sandwich Club is relaunching on 20th July as a fresh counter concept — incredible sandwiches, great coffee, proper food done right.
Running alongside it after hours is Sin City, our smash burger brand operating as a dark kitchen out of the same site.
Our Head Chef is building the kitchen team to run both and we're looking for two Chef de Parties to join from day one.
One position focuses primarily on BSC day service, the other on Sin City evenings — with crossover on both. If you can only do days or only do evenings, this probably isn't for you. If you want to be part of something building from scratch, it is.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
▸ Running your section to the Head Chef's standard during service
▸ Prepping for both brands
▸ Keeping on top of food safety, temperature checks, and kitchen hygiene
▸ Communicating clearly with the team during busy periods
▸ Taking ownership of your section
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
▸ Solid section experience — you've held a section before and you know what that means
▸ Someone who takes pride in the food leaving their pass
▸ Reliable — small kitchen, we need people who show up
▸ Comfortable working a mix of days and evenings across the week
▸ Food hygiene Level 2 minimum
WHAT YOU GET
