HGV Class 2 Driver
About Us
HGV Class 2 Driver required for a position with a well-established packaging company in Shropshire. We are looking for an experienced HGV Driver with an excellent all-round knowledge of driving different types of vehicles. We operate a fleet of modern and well-maintained vehicles.
As a Driver working for Dairi-Pak Ltd, you have an opportunity to deliver excellent service to our customers through hard work and dedication that is vital to meet our customers’ expectations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Delivering palletised packaging products to customer around the UK (including multi drops), operating a curtain sided vehicle
- Working Monday to Friday on day shifts only (average 40 hours per week). The work starts immediately.
- Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly
- Complying with all relevant legislation and agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment and consistent quality standards
- Highly professional in all situations as you are the interface between the business and our customer base
- Follow all delivery, collection and returns procedures
Key skills & experience
- Class 2 Licence (Cat C)
- Current CPC and digital driving card
- Clean Driving Licence and 2 years driving experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
