About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and polished Fragrance Consultant to represent a heritage French House on a standalone concession counter in one of Central London's most prestigious department stores. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, close-knit, and highly successful team, working with a distinguished luxury fragrance house in an iconic retail setting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience on the counter
- Building genuine relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets through expert product knowledge and consultative selling
- Representing the brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
- Staying up to date on new launches, ingredients, and the wider fragrance category
- Maintaining counter presentation to the highest standard
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in perfume, beauty, or luxury goods sales
- A genuine passion for fragrance and the luxury retail environment
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with a discerning clientele
- A team player who thrives in a small, supportive environment
- Target-driven with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
