The role:
- Lead and inspire a residential care team
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations
- Create a safe, trauma-informed and nurturing environment for up to three young people with EBD needs
- Oversee safeguarding, care planning and quality standards
- Manage staffing, supervision, rota planning and performance
- Drive continuous improvement and prepare for inspections
- Work closely with professionals, families and stakeholders
About you:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in children’s residential care
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Calm, resilient and emotionally intelligent leadership style

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
