ABOUT LASH HEAVEN
Lash Heaven is a luxury lash supply brand established in 2015. We supply professional lash artists across the UK with premium products and are known for our quality, customer service and strong reputation within the beauty industry.
We are a small, growing business where every team member plays an important role. We manage our own fulfilment, customer service, content creation and eCommerce operations in-house.
This is an opportunity to become a valued part of a friendly team and work directly with the founder, helping support the day-to-day running of a successful beauty brand.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive woman to support the daily operations of the business.
This is primarily an operations, customer service and fulfilment role. The majority of your time will be spent processing customer orders, organising stock, supporting customers and helping ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
As a small business, there is plenty of variety and no two days are exactly the same. You may be dispatching orders, managing stock, answering customer enquiries, updating systems, helping with product launches or supporting content creation.
An interest in beauty, lashes and social media is important, but this is not primarily a social media role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, can work independently and takes pride in doing things properly.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Operations & Fulfilment
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, organise and monitor incoming stock
- Help maintain accurate inventory levels
- Keep the workspace organised, clean and efficient
- Assist with general business operations and administration
Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and social media
- Assist with order queries and customer support
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with the Lash Heaven brand
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
Business & eCommerce Support
- Assist with Shopify administration
- Help maintain product information and website content
- Support internal systems and processes
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva where appropriate
Content & Social Media (Bonus)
- Assist with content creation when required
- Help with product launches and promotions
- Support social media activities and content planning
- Occasionally appear in content if comfortable

EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL
Experience in any of the following would be beneficial but is not essential:
- Customer service
- Administration
- Retail
- Beauty industry
- Stockroom or warehouse environments
- Shopify
- Canva
- ChatGPT or AI tools
- Content creation or social media
