Are you a motivated, forward-thinking GDC Registered Dental Nurse looking to take the next step in your career?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised dental nurse to work closely alongside our Head Dental Nurse/ practice manager , taking an active role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting compliance, and helping grow our private treatments.
The Role
This is a varied position combining clinical nursing with compliance and treatment coordination responsibilities.
Your duties will include:
- Chairside nursing to a high clinical standard.
- Working alongside the Head Nurse / practice manager to complete and monitor clinical audits.
- Supporting CQC compliance and infection prevention procedures.
- Assisting with quality assurance and maintaining practice protocols.
- Helping implement and monitor audit action plans.
- Supporting the team with clinical governance and best practice.
- Providing an excellent patient journey from consultation through to treatment.
- Undertaking an element of the Treatment Coordinator (TCO) role, discussing treatment options and finance with patients.
- Promoting private treatments including Invisalign, implants and cosmetic dentistry.
- Commission paid on successful treatment conversions.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- ✔ Is GDC Registered.
- ✔ Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- ✔ Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
- ✔ Has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working within compliance and audit processes.
- ✔ Is confident using dental software and maintaining accurate records.
- ✔ Can work independently while supporting the wider team.
- ✔ Is proactive, reliable and committed to continuous improvement.
- ✔ Previous TCO or compliance experience is desirable but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
