We are looking for flexible, highly motivated, enthusiastic, and organised administrator to work as part of the central curriculum admin team offering front line support by answering general enquiries and ensuring the smooth operation of our campuses.
You should be professional and with excellent customer service skills. You should have patience and well-developed personal skills to communicate with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders.
This exciting role will include:
- working as part of a flexible administration team, providing a friendly and efficient frontline support service to both students and staff
- undertaking the administration, support systems, activities and processes that supports the college running efficiently and effectively
- working as a team member within the main admin office, supporting and creating the division of new systems as required, improving the efficiency and providing supportive service.
If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you:
- familiarity with student or customer information systems and databases
- general education to a minimum Level 2 and/or qualification in business administration, customer service or information technology at Level 2
- proven experience in an administrative function in a high volume customer and fast paced environment
- strong organisational and multitasking abilities coupled with problemsolving skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in drafting reports and correspondence
- proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite including Teams)
- strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, curriculum and staff.

Annual salary: circa £19,869 per annum (£24,921 FTE)
Hours: part time, 29 hours per week, full year, permanent contract
