We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join a great team based in this popular pharmacy at the heart of community in the Tiverton area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess strong medication administration skills, able to lead and inspire and manage and grow the service provision of the pharmacy.
This is a full time role (42.5 hours per week).
Duties:
- Team Leadership: Effectively managing and motivating strong pharmacy team
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide counselling on medication usage and potential side effects
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Conduct medication reviews and monitor drug therapies for effectiveness
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to legal requirements
- Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff
Requirements:
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Experience of working in similar role within community pharmacy
