We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team @Broadwick Soho.
The on target earning potential for this role is £43,000 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £33,418 per annum plus a qualified estimate of £9,582 in service charge*. Please note this is a projected tronc and OTE.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Broadwick Soho, you will play a vital role in upholding the exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort that define our guests' experience. Leading and inspiring a team of Room Attendants and Public Area Cleaners, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping floor, conducting room checks and ensuring every space – from our beautiful bedrooms to our public areas – is presented to the highest standard. You will be the driving force behind your team's performance, providing hands-on coaching, clear direction, and motivational support to bring out the best in every individual. Working closely with the Front Office and Maintenance teams, you will coordinate seamlessly to meet the needs of our guests, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure a smooth and efficient operation at all times. This role is as much about people as it is about standards – and we are looking for someone who leads with warmth, pride, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What do we need from you?
- Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
- Ability to work 40 hours over 5 days per week including some evenings and weekends.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport with people easily.
- A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
