Protec Security is an NSI ‘Gold’ accredited security company, offering an extensive range of technically advanced, IP security systems, including access control, intruder detection, CCTV and intercom systems for the full spectrum of commercial applications. Protec Security have an opportunity for Electronic Security Systems Engineers to carry out the commissioning, regular servicing and reactive maintenance of our clients’ Intruder, CCTV, Access Control and associated systems. The ideal candidates will be experienced in IP Security Systems and Large Scale Integrated Projects. 40 hour working week + paid travel + overtime + on call
Person Specification Typical Responsibilities
- Closing Date:TBC
- Job Location:London, The Midlands, North West, West Yorkshire
- To work with and under instruction from Security Administration Team Members, complying with work instructions, company policies and Health and Safety procedures
- To maintain a working knowledge of circuits and measuring devices and an understanding and respect of electrical circuits as well as undertaking training courses where necessary
- The commissioning of new Security and associated systems as well as additions to existing systems
- Routine servicing and reactive maintenance of our clients’ Security Alarm and associated systems
- Maintain an accurate and high standard of Customer, Company and Personal paperwork
- Undertake ‘On-Call’ duties as part of your Area Team
- Any other duties commensurate with the role
