The Role
This is a varied position where you'll become a key member of our retail team. You'll be helping customers in-store, processing online orders and assisting across different areas of the business as required.You'll receive training across multiple departments, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new skills and taking on responsibility.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Build rapport with customers and confidently recommend the right products.
- Process sales, quotes and customer orders accurately.
- Assist with customer enquiries, returns and after-sales support.
- Respond to website and marketplace messages.
- Help process online orders for dispatch.
- Maintain attractive showroom displays and merchandising.
- Keep the store clean, tidy and well presented.
- Support stock management, pricing and product labelling.
- Work closely with colleagues across retail, kitchens, ecommerce and warehouse departments.
- Help achieve individual and team sales targets.

Previous retail or sales experience is desirable but not essential if you have the right personality and willingness to learn.

Working Pattern
Our store is open seven days a week, and this role works on a two-week rota:
Week One
- Monday to Saturday (one weekday off)
- Includes Saturday and Sunday working
Week Two
- Four working days
- Same weekday off
- Weekend off
Typical hours:
- Monday-Saturday: 9:00am-6:00pm
- Sunday: 10:30am-4:30pm

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
