Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaning Subcontractors to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. As a Cleaning Subcontractor, you will be responsible for executing cleaning tasks with precision and professionalism, ensuring every area meets high-quality standards. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces across assigned areas.
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as restroom sanitation, trash removal, window washing, and floor car
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored properly after each shift.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety protocols to guarantee consistent quality and compliance with health regulations.
- Respond promptly to specific client requests or urgent cleaning needs to uphold service excellence.
- Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred; familiarity with hotel or hospitality cleaning standards is a plus.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments demonstrates adaptability to fast-paced service settings.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces and materials ensures thorough result
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Previous experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies will support your success in this role.
