What you'll do:
- Coordinate merchandising activities to ensure products are available and presented effectively.
- Work closely with purchasing, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to support merchandising plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock planning and replenishment.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and merchandising records.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
- Analyse sales and inventory data to identify merchandising opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare merchandising reports and assist with operational planning.
- Ensure merchandising activities comply with company standards and business objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in merchandising, retail, inventory management, purchasing, sales support, logistics, or a related field is beneficial.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using inventory, merchandising, or business management systems is beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.

Pay: £2,800.00-£3,800.00 per month
