Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Skilled Labourer to join our team, contributing to a variety of construction, gardening, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, practical skills in landscape maintenance and mechanical tasks, and the ability to operate a range of tools and machinery. Responsibilities
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment including excavators and irrigation systems
- Performing basic construction duties such as digging, lifting, and material handling
- Conducting routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
- Supporting team members with various site activities including site preparation and clean-up
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hard/soft landscaping or construction is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems is advantageous
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively
- Good organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical fitness to perform manual labour outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills related to horticulture, construction, and machinery operation
- Must have driving Licence
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
