Moonreach is an established provider of Residential Children's Homes. We are now looking for Residential Support Workers qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) for a new, 3 bedroom home in Farnley.
If you have a calm, patient manner, the ability to build effective relationships and a proven track record of working as part of a team we'd love to hear from you.
Whilst previous experience of working with children in a residential setting is desirable, it's not required as we do offer a full training programme.
The successful applicant will receive:
- OTE £31,000 - £35,000 (based on an hourly rate and commitment to fixed-rate sleep-in shifts)

Due to Ofsted requirements, all employees in our Residential Care Homes must be a minimum of 21 years old.
Suitable candidates will be required to complete our application form and all appointments will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced level criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service, verified references, employment checks and evidence of your right to work in the UK.
Candidates will also need a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or Equivalent.
