Beverly Phillips Professional Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Business Supervisor to support the delivery of strategic human resources initiatives across the organisation. In this role, you will work closely with managers and leadership teams to drive employee engagement, oversee HR operations, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with employment policies and best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day HR operations and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and workforce initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Coordinate training, employee development, and engagement programmes.
- Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in human resources, employee relations, or HR supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £3,800.00-£4,300.00 per month
