Job Summary
We are seeking a part time catering assistant to join our multi-site kitchen operation, working Fridays (3pm-finish) and Saturdays (12-finish). Mainly working for Redwell Pizzas in Trowse, the ideal candidate will be hard working and not afraid to get their hands dirty. You will be mainly cooking our fries and chicken wings in the fryer as well as general food preparation and cleaning duties. Responsibilities
- Food preparation and cooking chips and chicken wings to order
- Assisting our Pizza Chefs as required
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Wash up duties and some customer service if required
- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Experience
- Food preparation and cooking experience working in a similar environment; cafe or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Culinary skills and passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
