About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to work directly with the Director of a growing private security and business services company.

- Managing the Director’s diary and appointments.
- Organising meetings, travel, accommodation and itineraries.
- Handling emails, correspondence and phone calls.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, suppliers and business contacts.
- Preparing documents, reports and presentations.
- Managing confidential information with complete discretion.
- Assisting with property, business and personal administration.
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Running occasional errands and providing executive support when required.
- Helping improve business systems and organisation.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Be confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
- Be trustworthy, professional and able to handle confidential information.
- Be proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities.
- Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred).
