Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Finance and Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and financial operations within our organisation. Responsibilities
- Manage financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll processing
- Oversee general office administration, ensuring all clerical tasks are completed efficiently
- Supervise administrative staff and support team management activities
- Handle human resources functions such as recruitment support, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Provide excellent communication via phone and email to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment maintained
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and visitors
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Human resources knowledge or experience is desirable
