About the role:

- Handling guest feedback, complaints and refunds calmly and fairly
- Coordinating with the on site management team and contractors when required
- Managing staffing changes on the day, including sickness cover and agency staff
- Completing the daily Duty Manager report, recording footfall, incidents and issues, and briefing a clear handover
- Managing all customer reviews and feedback using our CMS software, liaising with other department managers to put together responses and escalating to senior team members as required.
What we are looking for
- A current 2 day first aid certificate (essential - would consider applicants who are able to book onto this within first few weeks)
- Experience supervising in an attraction, hospitality, retail or similar guest-facing environment
- Excellent customer service skills - both written and verbal
- A calm, practical decision maker who is happy being on their feet and out on site all day
- Confident with people, from young families to contractors, and comfortable leading a team
- IT proficient and a fast learner of our CMS software (GuestRevu)
- Comfortable with everyday technology such as tills, booking systems and software (full training is given)
