Join us at Ragdale Hall Spa as a Sales Advisor and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our guests while supporting the smooth operation of our Boutique and Gift Shop.
Our Boutique and Gift Shop offer guests a carefully selected range of products in a welcoming and relaxing environment. As part of our team, you'll help guests find the perfect purchase, maintain exceptional display standards, and ensure the department operates efficiently while providing the highest levels of customer service.
Main Duties (Full Training Provided):
- Welcome and assist guests in the Boutique and Gift Shop, providing friendly and professional service.
- Advise guests on purchases and maintain good product knowledge across all merchandise.
- Display stock attractively and help maintain stock levels within the department.
- Process payments accurately and promote sales opportunities where appropriate.
- Respond to guest enquiries promptly and provide helpful information about Ragdale Hall.
- Check, unpack and price deliveries as required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation within the department.
- Follow company procedures relating to health & safety, security and professional conduct.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage
- Friendly, professional and approachable manner.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Good attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Confidence handling payments and basic numerical tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible approach to supporting the needs of the business.
Hours and Salary:
- 7hrs per week, with the scope for additional hours if required
