Help deliver better care - one customer interaction at a time.
Be part of a team where the work you do every day directly supports clinicians and improves patient outcomes.
About Osstem Implant UK
At Osstem Implant UK, we’re driven by a simple purpose: helping dental professionals deliver better care. As part of a global dental solutions company, we provide the products, support, and expertise clinicians rely on every day.
Behind that impact is a team that cares about getting it right, because every order, conversation, and detail matters. If you take pride in delivering excellent service and want your work to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
The role of Customer Service Assistant
No two days are exactly the same, you’ll start by reviewing incoming orders and customer enquiries, making sure everything is processed accurately and nothing urgent is missed. Throughout the morning, you’re speaking with dental specialists, answering questions, and checking order details to ensure they have what they need to treat patients without delay.
As the day picks up, you’re balancing multiple priorities—processing orders, coordinating with our warehouse team, and keeping customers proactively informed. When an issue arises, you take ownership. You’ll communicate clearly, find practical solutions, and make sure the customer feels supported every step of the way.
Across the day, you’re working closely with colleagues in Sales and Logistics, sharing updates and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It’s fast-paced, detail-focused work, but it’s also rewarding, knowing that your role helps clinicians deliver the high quality products their patients depend on.
You’ll finish the day knowing you’ve made a genuine difference, helping everything come together seamlessly for clinicians and their patients.
About you!
We’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in getting things right for customers, thrives in a busy, detail driven environment, and brings a strong sense of ownership and reliability to everything they do.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Administrative Excellence: Experience in a fast-paced customer service, order-processing, or administrative role.
- High Attention to Detail: Proven ability to handle high volumes of data/orders accurately with a low error rate.
- Strong Communication: Confidence handling direct customer queries over both the phone and email, maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
- Prioritisation Skills: The ability to juggle multiple enquiries without dropping the ball in a deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive mindset, able to figure things out and resolve issues independently.
- Systems Confidence: Comfort using CRM/order systems, Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel)
We’re not hiring someone to respond to queries; we are hiring someone customers can rely on!
