About the role
As a Dance/Zumba Instructor, you’ll deliver energetic, high-quality group exercise classes that motivate members of all abilities. You’ll play a key role in creating an inclusive atmosphere and helping people enjoy being active.
What you’ll be doing

Delivering engaging Dance/Zumba classes for a range of abilities

Creating a welcoming, inclusive and high-energy class environment

Helping members build confidence and enjoy exercise

Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene and professionalism

Supporting wider class programmes and helping grow participation
What we’re looking for
-
A recognised Dance, Exercise to Music or Zumba qualification

Experience delivering group exercise classes (desirable)

Confident, enthusiastic and able to engage a wide range of customers

A genuine passion for health, fitness and community wellbeing

A positive, reliable and team-focused approach
