Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Paid Kids Gymnastics Coach to join our vibrant team at Renowned Gymnastics, a newly opened kids gymnastics programme, part of the successful Renowned Group (5 successful locations across Yorkshire).This role involves instructing children in gymnastics activities, fostering their physical development, and creating a fun and safe environment for learning. The ideal candidate will have a love for sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to motivate young learners and ensure their enjoyment and safety during sessions.
Duties
- Deliver fun, safe, high-energy gymnastics classes for children aged 3-11 years old.
- Demonstrate proper techniques and safety procedures for gymnastics activities
- Support parent communication and member retention.
- Help grow the programme and build a positive club culture
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition

- Supervise children at all times during sessions, maintaining a high standard of safety and organisation
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and behaviour
Requirements
- Kids Gymnastics coaching experience
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate young learners
- Organised, responsible, and able to manage groups of children effectively
- Passionate about working with children and promoting physical activity
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Relevant certifications in sports coaching or first aid are advantageous but not essential.
- Must be 18+
