We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as School Multi Sports and Football Coaches. The successful candidates will deliver organised coaching sessions across a variety of sports, including football, in a school environment. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging multi-sport coaching sessions tailored to different age groups within the school setting.
- Lead football training programmes, encouraging skill development and sportsmanship among participants.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes participation and enjoyment for all children.
- Monitor and assess individual progress, providing constructive feedback to support skill improvement.
- Maintain organised equipment and ensure all sporting activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and pupils regarding programme activities and progress.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and positive behaviour during all coaching sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably with children or young people.
- Strong knowledge of football and other popular sports suitable for school-age children.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage young learners.
- Organised, reliable, and able to plan sessions that are both fun and educational.
- Ability to work flexibly within school hours, including after-school programmes if required.
- A recognised coaching qualification or relevant sports-related qualification is desirable but not essential.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for promoting physical activity among children.
This role requires an enhanced DBS check which company will carry out.
Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour

- Sports coaching: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- enhanced DBS certificate (preferred)
- sports coaching level 2 or above certificate (preferred)
- UK driving licence + own transport (preferred)
