Job Summary
World EMB Enterprise Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Business Operations to lead operational planning, improve internal processes, and support efficient service delivery across the company. This role is ideal for a senior operations leader with strong experience in enterprise management, business support, process improvement, and team leadership who can strengthen operational performance and support long-term business growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead business operations, enterprise support functions, administrative services, and service delivery activities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
- Oversee team workflows, resource planning, performance targets, and day-to-day operational priorities.
- Review internal processes, systems, procedures, and reporting structures to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with senior leaders, clients, department heads, and stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, service standards, risks, compliance requirements, and operational improvement plans.
- Prepare business reports, operational forecasts, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations.
- Support project coordination, business continuity, staff development, and process implementation.
- Resolve operational issues, client concerns, workflow challenges, and service delivery risks.
- Support business growth through scalable systems, stronger coordination, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in business operations, enterprise management, operations management, business administration, service delivery, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous senior leadership, head-of-department, or operations management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of operational planning, enterprise support services, workflow improvement, budgeting, reporting, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, projects, stakeholders, deadlines, budgets, and competing priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, project management tools, reporting platforms, ERP systems, and business management software.
- Strong commercial awareness with a practical approach to operational excellence and business growth.

Pay: £5,000.00-£7,200.00 per month
